O/T Refinance

Refinancing my home loan...what a pain in the ass,it just goes on and on,appraisals,title search,loan documents,bankers,lawyers, on & on ....suppose to close Friday, can't get here quick enough!Thanx for listening to me rant,.....I feel better already!

i am trying to buy a house right now, man what a pain in the asss!!! It sure takes time and lots of bullshit. at least you already got your house. i work a shit job in a bookstore, no pay... but atleast i get to eat all day. the rates are the best right now from what i hear. you had to get a lawyer? bankruptcy???

I work as a loan officer in Nebraska and I hear your pain bro. Loans do not close quick enough. I don't get paid until the loan closes. There is definately alot of shit involved in a refi. Later, bigwil

It's a long story on the Lawyer, Lets just say both my wife and I were married once before...sure complicates things,having your name on ex's mortgages,when you don't even own that house anymore....anyway thanx for the replys,and max I live in Bayou country

im in the business rates are good refinancing is easy when you come with me .. lolol most companies put you through all this bull---- to make you beleive that your loan is not easy so they can charge you more points .. make sure your good faith estimate reads right.. no changes are made ..

yea make sure they have all of your title charges on your good Faith....I see that all too often, broker's don't put them in , you get to closing and a big surprise....
