Oatmeal Pancakes

Pulled out a recipe today out of my wifes "Better Food & Garden" cook book for basic Pancakes.

Substituted the white flour with Oatmeal.

Damn they were good

these are good for a colon cleanse too, tast great and get ya regular

I should add that I threw in 2tbs. of Flaxseed Oil.

Instead of sugar I added a touch of honey.

I love pancakes so much that I wanted to have a healthy alternative with my 5 egg omlette.
