Do any of you guys like octopus? I really like it and was wondering if it is a
decent quality of a protein source. For some reason I don't get sick of eating it like I do with beef and chicken . Maybe because I don't get it as often as those. I really like squid too but not breaded and fried. sushi squid is really
easy for me to eat . Thanks T

I like it best on a hook dropped to about 300 feet of water next to an o rig to catch grouper!!

I've eaten it twice on opposite ends of the planet and got sick as a fucking dog both times!!

I sure it wasent prepared right or somthing but now I get that swollen throat salivating feeling when I see it

The grilled thing is really good on the bigger ones. Small ones are good in
a salad. I wonder what the protein/carbs /fats breakdown is. im guessing
high pro low fat/carb. thanks, T

Looked it up. most say 3-oz cooked = 25g protein 4 grams carbs
0-1.87 grams fat. high in minerals.... T

Turbo bro, I will help you with this one! This is my fav way! First I would marinade the Octopussy with Sweet Soy Sauce, Sweet Chilli Sauce, Oyster Sauce mix it all up, put in fridge overnight or few hours and then chargrill it!

Hey Big guy... The sweet soy and chili are they sweet or sweet and hot?
Can't do anything blazing hot (reflux) but some heat is ok. When grilling
on the grill -any cooking time or "it's done " Tips BC? Thanks , T

The sauce is sweet and hot but not very hot spicy type. Some heat is ok but hot is best, other the Occy will stick if not hot. When you cook the Occy, turn it over every 3-4 mins, till all sides are hard like rubbery type and that's when it is cooked! Hope that helps!

Octopus is an incredibly popular tapas dish. Google pulpo a la gallega. I am pretty sure you will love it. (I know I do!)
