ok so some of my posts have been about digestion as I've had IBS for 10 years and now ulcerative colitis but heres a good one, i always have issues except in prep when my diet is flawless so.... with the promotion of carb powders which i only use offseason, why do they promote them as no bloat, super fast digestion etc, if most of them are HBCD and waxy which are derived from corn!?? corn is a know inflammatory and humans can't digest it fully right?
