It's been a month since my health problems... i feel like absolute crap. How should i ease back into the gym. I overdid chest the other day and my front delts and rotators are sore. Gonna prolly stay natty for life (more for financial reasons than anything else). Assuming i can get a good sleep pattern going again, i am thinking of picking like 4 exercise for each bodypart and hitting them once a week for a while. Once I get some money going positive I will correct my diet. I am not worried about ever stepping on a stage or being anything but in the best shape i can get in.
