I get asked this question quite often and it is something that needs to be addressed. "How do you feel being small again" ? Hashhaahahaa, well, it isnt funny really...........it is a process of human nature that you have to understand and accept, love yourself for other things rather than place all of your value on muscle size. Not all muscle size looks good. Some people look better with a little bit smaller musculature. We are so brainwashed to think that bigger is always better. When someone says to you that you look smaller, do you get an anxiety attack inside and become defensive? I used to.......but it is not a negative thing at all. Accept it, approve of it and embrace it........it is all part of life and by no means does it mean that you are less attractive or have less value as a human being.

so, so true.

And in my experience, it simply becomes much more difficult to hold the big size as you get a bit older. My body, just does not carry the same muscle size in my 50's that it did when I was in my 30's or 40's. + I just don't want to, I don't feel good with a lot of extra weight. Maybe its just my particular makeup. My advice from my perspective is you sure do not want to equate your self esteem to your bicep measurement or at some point down the road, life WILL give you a reality check.

My one problem is that I stay quite lean all year........hard for me to get over 255 anymore, I am just not hungry and I refuse to eat junk. She will be smaller again soon, 4-5 more weeks so I will just wait "here" for her because if I catch up to her I may never get back down, ahhahhhahaha

granted your not 260lbs in contest condition anymore but it is my understanding that you still hover the earth near 250 below 10%. that is enough to make small children run in fear and the average joe to stop and stare and at the same time still more size than 99% of this board carries. looking at the picture above you could have ended up like matarazzo instead your posting pics with your new pregnant wife and look happier than hell. think about the group of guys you came up with......flex(kidney), momo(dead), munzer(dead), francios(colon), long(kidney), newman(leukiema), demayo(dead), prince(kidney), titus(might as well be dead) and those are the ones i can think off of the top of my head. i think you came out the real winner in the long run.
