I got an email and I am afraid you guys may have gotten confused by my posts and I hope the young man isn't offended that i used it and answer it at the same time in this post. I say what's on my mind and that maybe unfair to the guys who don't know me. Its an asset and a liability.

There is no better board. This is the most mature board on the net. My job has always been to " Serve and Protect ". I critique and influence better than most people. But it gets lonely sometimes and there is a price to pay. But that was my gift from God. I was given immunity before 2006 and I haven't handled gear since before then. I didn't have to rat or compromise anyone to get that. I am an honorable man ( but a man at best! ) and who most of my adversaries respect. I am respectful to others ( for the most part ). Stick with Professionalmuscle.com and recognize this was quite a hit people took.

Although it wasn't all that impressive and quite a waste of our countries resources. But careers are made on such press. Almost everybody knows someone who got hurt. Nobody knows how to walk out of this negative experience perfectly, I certainly don't. Be forgiving of others on this board; particularly at this difficult time. Anybody who calls this place home wants the same thing you do. There are very few assholes here. The truth is the only asshole that comes to mind today came off elitefitness; LOL. And he no longer shows up! If I could come up with another now, I promise you, I would.

I am an expert in the game and the trap that steroids can become. This is for anyone who is not violent, was not involved in heavy recreational drug use or sales, and who did not roll.

I would be honored to make myself available to you and your attorney should you want to go before a judge or jury. I might be helpful to you as I think I am very credible when it comes to being trapped and needing to support a costly pshycological and physical addiction that is unlike any other drug addiction out there. If your attorney, or you, thinks it would be helpful, and I am convinced you deserve my help, I would also do my best at sentencing to plead for leniency and mercy.

For anyone ( including R**n and s***s ) who got caught up in Raw Deal, I will be willing to discuss your case with you and your attorney and if I can help I will. That means if it is a workday I miss then you cover it, as well as, my flight, my car, room, meals, and other associated expenses. I am a licensed medical professional, inteligent, squeaky clean, credible, religous, and have only a misdemeanor charge on my criminal record that will be expunged in 2009.

I will not charge you above the actual expenses. Unfortunately, I can't do it without your help. But I will honor you by doing my best to influence your trial and your sentencing. Maybe it's wishful, and fanciful thinking. But I think we can start presenting defenses that better reflect the reality of our world. Steroid use, abuse, and sales are not simply right or wrong decisions. It is far more complex than anyone in L.E. or the judicial system knows.

Anyhow, I would be honored to help you if I can. I have two old aquaintenances who went down as well. Unfortunately, I never ID'd even the closest board friends. We were brothers in the game and the honor code was we never make a mental image of anyones addy or personal information. We were waiting for a time when there was no need to worry. When we would be free. For them that time never came. They will have to contact me.

For any of you who were hurt and are out on bail I would get to a good hormone doctor immediately as you have a medical condition that for your own well being needs to be addressed. You can't go through this difficult time with low hormones. It will be hard enough. You have an undiagnosed/untreated medical condition and I want the judge to know that!!!!

Keep looking up and realize that despite what it feels, or what someone will imply or say, you are a great person and you deserve to succeed in life.

Review it with your attorney and then let me know if you want my input.

Here's the bottom line. If I did help you for expenses only then you would have to commit to HRT and walk away from the game forever. I will want a commitment upfront and I am serious about that. If you are not a big player maybe you can land lightly. But if the satkes are high you will never have much chance down the road if you are found to be in the game again.

Don't hesitate to contact me, but if I don't know you, I will need evidence of your arrest and the circumstances surrounding your arrest before we can communicate about very much. You may attach a copy of your arrest report to the email if i don't know you.

Also stop with the emails on security issues. I have given all I am ever going to give to the community along those lines.

Allbeef, i am sure you remember talking to me when i was near my lowest point in my life...however i doubt you fully understand the impact you made, you were literally a lifeline of hope at that point when it seemed the whole world had turned against me. Hey AB what a generous offer you have made. Not many people would offer their expertise for no fee. I have been reading your posts since back in the day on the old UG board. And every post was a good, informative one. You have helped a lot of us out in the past, and it is a real shame to see you go. Your info you have provided could not be provided by anyone else. The thing is no one can fill your shoes. Lots of people can provide info on training, usage of supps, diet, etc. But from what I have seen over the last 10 years or so, NO ONE has or can provide the type of info you have.

For those of you who are not familiar with Allbeef, I suggest you look up his old posts, you will learn something of value that will keep you safe.

This is truly a great loss to the Professional Muscle community.

I haven't posted much in the last few months because bodybuilding isn't my number one priority anymore. I know I will never be on stage, and I am able to accept that. I train under the guidance of Phil and with the knowledge I have gained from this board and its members. There is very little BS here (thanks to the mods) and that is why it isn't necessary to go to any other boards.

Allbeef, I've been reading your posts since I joined PM back in May of last year. It is easy to spot who is here to help, and knows what they are talking about. Your posts have always been beneficial to to the PM community and you have never asked for anything in return. Yet again you are putting yourself out there offering something to people you don't know that could turn their life around. I hope the people that need and deserve your help get a second chance because of it.

Bro, i dont know you but i know your type ! I was Incarcerated for A.S sales a WHILE back and the 3 years i did including exiled ! A bro like yourself took care of me financially inside and sent my family and kids cash outside! THIS guy had nothing to gain from me and did it out of the generosity of his heart...on human helping another human(all this while newly married and supporting a step daughter)! INCREDIBLE!!! SINCE THEN i have helped alot of people and even lost alot of cash trying to, to the tune of $375k ...But from that one random act of kindness...i continue to believe!!! If it wasnt for my friend helping me(he´s an old schooler), THE COPS:st:r-wars WERE THREATENING ME WITH RICO ACT AND minimum 10 years ...i was planing on killing myself due to all the cash and shame that came with the indictment...BUT my friend payed my debts and talked to my family and told me to hang on...and i made it through... in less time due to the one helping hand!
DUDE...DONT GO!!! The comunity has gone down the tubes and if there is any hope it is people like yourself hanging on!!! STAY...THE ONE PERSON YOU HELP may change the world tomorrow! DESTINY is a wonderful thng!

Old friend, and yes you are still my friend.

Just checked in on this board today for the first time in a long time (for obvious reasons if you know me) and was fortunate enough to see this post.

For those who don't know me, I was one of the guys caught up in Raw Deal back on September 20, when the feds (FDA, DEA, ICE, etc.) smashed in all three exterior doors of my house simultaneously while I was sleeping, and in a matter of seconds I was surrounded by at least thirty federal agents and state and local cops, all with guns drawn and pointed directly at yours' truly. The level of overkill was ridiculous, you would have thought I was Charles Manson or Osama bin Laden, instead of just who I was, an honest businessman selling an honest product for a fair price, which is all that I ever was.

I was in jail for a few weeks until just recently, when I was finally able to get out on pre-trial release. Contacted Rick Collins just after I was arrested, and he will be consulting on my case, and he hooked me up with an excellent local attorney who used to be a federal prosecutor. $55k so far on legal bills, and it would be double that if we actually go to trial, but unfortunately that's the reality of my new situation. Probably looking at 3-5 years according to my lawyer, but we'll see what legal miracles he can do for me.

Couple of things about my situation...the feds don't know who Sides is (was), they only know my more recent name (so please don't mention it here.) Hushmail gave up two months of my emails from that email address to the feds (DON'T TRUST HUSHMAIL!!!!), but my other emails were never compromised to the best of my knowledge.

I was only busted because one scumbag former source (AP) down in Louisiana ratted me out when he was busted in early April, and the feds made a second buy using another rat source's email (LS) a couple months later. If it wasn't for those two rats, I would probably be a free man today, as all the feds' evidence I have seen stemmed from those two sources, and other than that they knew nothing about me. The arresting agents told me I was the most paranoid guy they had ever tracked, which I took as a great compliment, but like I said back to them "Guess I wasn't paranoid enough."

Most important thing: I never told them anything, about me or anybody else, remained silent, and always will. I have little left now that they have not taken from me, except my honor, but that is the one thing I will always keep.

Anyway, enough said for now, I guess. The book is closing on my story, only the last few sentences remain to be written. For those of you who are still free and have the ability to make your choices, I encourage you to leave this life behind you and live on the straight and narrow path, because the price is pretty damn steep if you get busted. Many would say it ain't worth it. But for me, if I had to make my choices again, I would make them just the same, and I have few regrets. It was a hell of a ride, boys.

Only regrets I have are in how I treated a few people, Allbeef being one of them. Nothing but love for you, my friend, no hard feelings on my part and I hope you don't have any either. It was what it was, and now it is what it is, and thats the way it went. Tell the boys I wish them well, and I wish you well in your journey through life. This isn't how I wished things would end up, but all things serve the will of God, and I surrender myself to His grace and mercy.

For those who care, if you remember only one thing about me, remember this: I kept my honor, and my mouth shut, to the end. And that's all I have to say.

I am still confused as to why Hormones which are used for good reasons are placed in the class of "drugs." I knew plenty of "drug" dealers back in the day and none of them sold hormones..yea get a dime bag and test prop to go.

They love breaking down peoples doors and using scare tactics. Everyone is a tuff guy with a badge and gun. Same cats be beating their spouses and doing real drugs many times too.

LS and AP had everyone fooled. LS was a little bit flagrant about his buisness; taking paypal and crap. AP was always suspect.

The name "Sides" and "Allbef" are of legend.
