Monday- Back and Forearms

Pull Ups 4 sets
Barbell Rows 4 sets
Deadlifts 4 sets
Wrist Curls 4 sets

Tuesday- Chest and Biceps

Incline Bench 3 sets
Incline flys 3 sets
Dips 3 sets

Barbell Curls 3 sets
Preacher Curls 3 sets
Hammer Dumbell Curls 3 sets

Thursday- Shoulders and Triceps

Military Press 3 sets
Behind the Neck 3 sets
Flyes 3 sets
Shrugs 3 sets

Triceps 6-8 sets various excercises

Friday- Legs

Squat 3 sets
Leg Press 3 sets
Extensions 3 sets
Curls 3 sets
Calves 3 sets

I keep my reps 6-12 and 1-2 minute rest between sets...
