I just read this ebook today. Noting on drugs but some interesting ideas on training, reps, sets, rest time between sets as such. One thing that caught my eye was the author talked about Protein Cycling, meaning following your normal diet of taking 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight but then following it up with 3 weeks of only 30 grams of protein per day. Have you guys ever heard of anything like that before. May take on i is I guess it is supposed to shock your muscles so when you go back to taking the normal amount of protein your body soaks it up better?
