OT:Help with user cp

I'm not getting e-mail notification back on subscribed threads. I go into user cp,check off the boxes,click on the notification tab and still nothing. I know I'm missing something,anyone have an idea? Thanks

what email client are you using? Have you checked your "junk" or "spam" folders for the PM notifications?

yeah I checked then spam folders,I have aol(I know).
