OT: Markus Ruhl DVD

hey. We ordered Markus Ruhl's Made in Germany. has anyone had any trouble with receiving this in the mail. we ordered it off his site in the beginning of January and still havent received it. I know its coming from Germany, but other stuff manages to come fast from overseas. I've sent two messages to them but have gotten no response. If its not here by the end of the month, is there any way I can get my money back. Just sucks cuz we really wanted to see it.

Oh yeah......My girl wanted to surprise me for X-mas last yr and ordered it off of his site. She had to use World Pay, bad idea!
Jan rolled around and still no DVD-why is this always capped?
When trying to contact World Pay all they will do is tell you (via email) to contact the vendor.
I dont have the url in front of me but it's the same one I think that should have sent you a confirmation of your order. Do you still have that or receive it at all?
Keep sending emails to that addy. I joined that MD site just to ask Markus himself what whas up. He looked into it and threw in an additonal DVD for free.
So give it some time and be persistent. I think they have pretty good communication skills just lapses or too many erros w/the people he has running that end of his business.
