I'm not sure if I can correct this with training or if this a genetic/injury I'm just going to have to deal with. The issue is my left tricept, the outer head does not seem as developed at all as my right. The peak on my right is thick, has a peak just as a bicept does when flexeed, the right one is much flatter and doesn't seem to have the same thickness. I have always had some clicking in my left elbow area but stregth always seemed equal to the right. About 6 month ago I had a bad pin in the tri and it sweelled up pretty good for a week, never seemed right after that. Could I have ruptured its somehow? I didn't feel anything pop and no pain, or does this sound genetic? Either way how can I bring it up, thickness wise, skull crushers are my guess, it is difficult keeping that elbow in during that movement while the right has no probs.
