over/under filled amps

what does everyone think of this, I have heard that even if amps that are 250mg/ml is underfuilled to 0.8-0.9mls per amp... that they are still 250mgs/ml no matter on the volume of oil in each amp, for example the irani test E and ICN amps... some batches of the irani's are 0.8ml to a perfect 1ml and some ICN amps are 1.2-1.3 mls in each amp, but at the end are they still 250mgs of test in every amp?? is there any "REAL" artical that says this is true or not? could it be just be a stronger consentration in test in each amp when its underfilled?? or just more oil that the machines added to the mixture in the ICNs but still tests out to be 250mg/ml in one amp that has 1.2-1.3mls of oil in it

no way to tell with out lab testing.. i have heard some say that.. the zafa test is like that.. some are .8 and some .7.. but the sources will say that they are still 250.. i dont know if i buy that.. but even if the are .8 and 230 ill take it for the price..

ya for the price its decent I guess, but at .8ml its 200mgs
