I feel little bit fuller and tigher especially around midsection. Legs bigger and drier. We still dry so today another 800g clean carbs going down lets see tmr if he look watery.

Steffan is great at preparing women and classic guys but not heavy bodybuilders - he doesn't put full guys on stage, only conditioned ones - you wanted to be full, that's not the right coach
i would say he did a great job with Nathan.
and Nathan aint small..
 
Hey, if you feel your coach isn't worth the expense, and you can come in fuller, dryer, crispier and remain ripped inside out, it's okay to drop him, and not pay the last seven days. He got you this far, and I'm sure you learned from him for next time, so it's your money and your body, friend, and if you know you can do your best and having him tell you what to do, this last week can hold you back mentally, then do your thing, and save some $ in the process. You appear fuller. I think you'll do fantastic with that conditioning . Can we see competition pictures, of the competition

6 litre water until 7pm cut
No sodium
diet high pro/very high fat/low carbs
3 rice cakes/100g chicken, 40g almondbutter x 6 meals
posing between every meals

my questions is when best time to reintroduce sodium?

1. morning shitloading (no water)
2. 30min before stage when start pump up.

you look fantastic man. Great work. Thats a lot of dedication and doing things you dont feel like doing because your tired or soar. Not many can do it.
