That looks bad. I would get an mri asap. Just for point of reference, depending on how bad your's is and it looks much worse than mine did, i tore mine about 40% per mri findings. Laid off totally for 8 weeks. Came back benching the bar. I was benching 385 when i tore it. Took me close to a year to get back. Recently had a full distal biceps tendon repaired and this was much more severe. Took 8 weeks of therapy to get my range of motion back and am now curling five pound dumbells three months out. I'm expecting a year to get back to normal again.
