They all seem to make my lower back pain worse probably through extra weight water retenion and hitting the gym harder. Lots of stretching is the best thing for lower back pain

I find all steroids make my lower back pain more prevalent rather than not. The back pumps don't help either.

LBP (Lower Back Pain) is prevalent in today's society because we are too sedentary.

Majority of the time LBP can be alleviated with simply stretching, foam rolling the lumbar paraspinals, and core strengthening (McGill's 3: Side planks, bird dog, modified sit-up)

I don't have back pain but know of someone that swears that MK helps with his back pain, as well as other body aches. He was using around 10 mg at night.

That's great to hear since I just ordered some MK

It's probably the better, more restorative sleep you appear to get from it that helps the back pain though. I can definitely feel it if I've had too little or bad quality sleep.

No compounds make low back pain go away...aas may in fact make it worse due to having tighter musculature in that area. This is solely from my personal exp though as I suffer back pain constantly
