Pink salt in pre or intra?

Preworkout makes more sense to me if you want a better pump. You want it to be in your blood. Not in your stomach. Takes time to get into the blood stream.
 
Any benefit to this if you already season everything you eat? I mean everything - vegetables, eggs, meats, etc.
 
Is it better to add pink salt in your pre or intra? I see benefits both ways. I appreciate the feedback

I sprinkle the salt directly onto my english muffin pre which is topped with low sugar jam. I actually like the salty/sweet combination.
 
I salt the hell out of my preworkout meal, and I add a few shakes of salt and potassium (salt substitute) into my intraworkout as well.

I'm in contest prep now so I'm salting all my meals fairly heavily.
