Is it just me or are injuries just part of the game? I've been plagued with them for years. Most recent want my left lower bicep tendon, I'm sure it was from just curling too much but it wasn't too heavy I still was hitting 10 reps. And today while on the decline bench after a few reps my left pec started to hurt, every rep more the pain got worse and I'm sure if I didn't stop I could of torn it right off. This happened a few years ago but didn't feel this bad. People have told me about a few products that help the building and rebuilding of tendons it was called reeflex, but have my doubts on anything i can purchase in a store.
