I started dieting at 240 16wks out
Diet was
Low fat (egg whites, isolate, white fish)
Low protein (25g protein per meal - 6 meals)
Carbs high med low (750, 500, 200)
Training high volume
2 on 1 off split 2 a days
D1 back am back traps pm
D2 shoulders am triceps calfs pm
Off
D4 quads am hams pm
D5 chest am bi forearms pm
Off
Repeat
Not uncommon do 30 sets per back..not including supersets and drop sets.
Over 20 sets shoulders and chest not including ss or drop sets etc.
Had a lot of carbs in my system so I had to use em.
