Yeah from than till now just shows you what food(alot of food), weights, and alot of juice will do for you over the span of 14 years.

i think his physique is nice

nice clean lines. no bloated stomach whatsoever, grat v taper..

personally, thats what i strive for. not the bloated over eating gut

DJ and I did our first show together in 90', and I won lightheavy and he won bantamweight. He beat me out for the overall and I have never been the same.

Anyway, he came in at 142lbs, and now he weighs that in the offseason. 16 years later and a 100lbs. heavier. Wow!

He looks great, and he still has no bloated gut. That guy has one of the more unique shapes as well.
