Liquid Aminos

What brand/kind of Liquid Aminos do you mean?

I have always had a big shake with added Glutimine and Amino Acids(just whateva ones I have at the time) into the shake and creatine. I always have my slin after workout if i can and then have shake about 15min later.

Just how much Aminos can the body soak up with the slin? I usually just take what the product reccommends.

Are you referring strictly to these beef amino's or any liquid amino's in general.

ya know what phil, you need a forum that is private and can only be accessed by your paid clients. would cut down a bit on your phone calls and emails and we be cool to share info with other guys using the same/similar approach in dieting and training. would never replace the unlimited 1 on 1 contact you offer but would be kinda nice. i have seen trainers on other boards have this.

I agree! Although I have also been using the liquid aminos with my insulin and it worked great!
