what does everyone's post workout nutrition look like? What is YOUR post workout shake, meal consist of and how do you time it? I am thinking of purchasing something like Universal's new product Torrent, or Designer's Replenish, or possibly taking in 1/2 serving cytogainer post workout. Also thought about Size On as well. Any recommendations? I'm female, ~ 100 pounds right now, on a lean mass cycle, currently on Var and will be starting GH when it arrives from China....
