Ive been reading a lot on this today........Just wondering if anyone here has supplemented with potassium and what the benfits are?

It's great for keeping away cramps and promoting a healthy heart which I would say is a great upside to having it in your system.

You could always just eat more foods like these that are high in potassium:

Salmon, cod, flounder, sardines, lima beans, broccoli, peas, tomatoes, potatoes (skin), spinach, lettuce, bananas, apples, citrus fruits

If you don't like any of those then take it as a supplement.
 
I THINK TAURINE IS BETTER

POTASSIOUM, SODIUM , MAGNESIUM , CALCIUM ALL CONTRIBUTE TO MUSCULAR SPASMS
 
I NEED IT DAILY

if I don't supplement with potassium daily my muscles just ache sometimes.
 
I just read that eating bananas may help lower blood pressure. The potassium is supposed to reduce sodium. A few bananas a day isn't bad if it actually works.
