sometimes i just eat 90 percent dark chocolate and hope its enough to get me to sleep...
or theres another chocolate bar called Simply Dark. its 50 percent dark, but is is sweetened with maltitol, so its actually sugar free or close to it... and very sweet.

A non natural alternative if you got cash that also comes with a lot of other benefits ... mk677 that stuff knocks me out to where I am legit dropping and having dreams. Never used to get solid sleep like that. And it won't be for long, maybe 5 hours but I wake super rested and feeling like I got 8.
