Pre Workout

I dont use preworkouts anymore unless you count coffee, salt and cialis. Some insulin preworkout can be nice though. Stimulants tend to wreck my CNS over time so i stay away, though its fun as hell to do 20-30mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, add in some anadrol or superdrol too and we are having a good time.

if you have excess money and want to have some extras, you can try nitrates, citrulline, agmatine, glycerol, nitrosigine, alpha gpc, huperzine A and some DMAA.
Hmm that’s the second time I’ve seen citrulline mentioned. Think I’ll give it a try

Whats so special about a 5 hour energy?

Ive never used one and figured they were just a glorified energy drink

Nothing special about it . Just like any other energy drink
Correct, nothing special about it. There's about 215mg caffeine in one shot. I like it because rather than a 12-16oz. canned energy drink it's only like 3oz. and I have a 64oz. intra shake I down whole I'm training. Don't like going into training with a bunch in my stomach.
 
As soon as I wake up I drink a couple scoops ON amino energy just to wake up (100 mg caffeine).
On the way to the gym I drink a concoction of Gatorade, L-citrulline malate, taurine, and EAAs.
I don't think taking in a shit-ton of caffeine right before training is good for pumps
 
TNE, Cialis, GH + slin, & some arginine. A primatene and 100mg caffeine pill some days also. Not often do I need/want that extra pick up
 
I like Dark Labs Flame Version 3 right now.
Another that I like really well is Smash AMF

ive never really been one to use pre-workout when on cycle, seemed to not really provide a whole lot of added benefit at that point lol. When off cycle I often would use Jacked 3D or something like that, even NOxplode if it was on sale. I know Im dating myself here, not even sure what is good anymore but the only issues I ever had were heart palpitations lol

I thought phenibut was more along the lines of a depressant. Is 150mg enough to just increase focus?

And how often to do use kratom and phenibut? I know they're said to be habit forming but I've been slightly skeptical of that. Personally, I've used 1-2gm of kratom periodically (once or twice every other week) for several years and never feel an urge to use it. I mainly use it when I'm burning the candle at both ends because of my job.
 
I like an energy drink and 1 cap of amentoflavone. Simple. Could add in alpha gpc and choline for more focus/clarity too.
 
I love this one - fatburner and preworkout in 1. For me priority is conditioning so this contribute nicely.
