Yesterday was the photoshoots I was dieting and preparing for the last 12-14 weeks. It started out as I transitioned from powerlifting competitively to bodybuilding and just wanting to get leaner before growing some muscle with the new training. I found I needed a target or goal to focus on and I just picked this. Some might remember my story along the way with the potentially fake GH, the fall out with Cris Edmonds and the VA not wanting to address my high blood pressure. Well I finally made it to the end lol.
Here is a preview the photographer from the second shoot sent. I'll get the rest along with the pics and video from first shoot in the gym in a week or two.
I'm not as tight as I was three weeks ago but much fuller. The photographer did a great job. It was a little awkward at first as I've never done anything like this but both of them guided me through it. I learned a lot along the way not just about dieting and training and my physique but mentally, what it takes in this sport and just personal stuff. It really gave me something to focus on strictly for myself and about myself at a time when I needed that.
Calories have now increased strength is progressing leaps and bounds, energy is great and I feel good. Labs this week, PCP with my old good doc instead of the VA to address the BP which I think was never from the gear but actually sleep apnea... so a sleep study coming also. I'll go from there after the doc and labs and look forward to growing.
Now if I could just stop eating so much sushi and cake...
I appreciate everyone who messaged advice or encouragement along the way.
