I listened to the advise sir now my log and hands on experience is what I'll use to make the call. These doses are average for any experienced woman in any class.

I've worked with national level figure and physique girls so I know what they take and some of the problems they have.
Hardly any women have a problem taking 10-20mg Var only ED.
Hardly any women have a problem taking 50-100mg Primo EW.

Sides often start to arise when they start staking them together however.

That's pretty damn high... One can achieve great, I'm talking GREAT, results with 15-20mg var ED and 50-60mg primo per week

That's good.

Just remember that sides in women are often cumulative and not noticeable in the short term.
They don't just suddenly wake up one morning with a hairy face, husky voice and one inch clit, none of which are reversible once in place.

I haved used 50mcg primo E5D for 4 weeks.
Since last week I noticed a change in my voice so now I stop
Had this before and took me more than half year to get voice back to almost normal.

I took 10 mg var for 4 months ED and 15 mg for 10 weeks ED, no sides.

Every body is different, start with the lowest dose possible, monitor carefully and if you want to stack, do not stack too soon.

isn't that somewhat high on the Var tho'??..... I figured 10mg max.... Var made my GF's hair kinda thin near the end of 10mg ED.. thankfully hair is back to normal...

10mg-20mg is not too bad... but each woman is different. Var didn't do jack for my wife's hair... Slight change in voice when the dose was bumped up to 20mg, but not bad at all.

My wife went pro on less than the OPs wife is using for this cycle though... she respond well.

My suggestion would be to drop primo 5 days out or so just so there is no localized swelling. Keep the var in. Add in some nolvadex to reduce estrogen related water retention if needed. However, if doing a class that you you do not need to be as dry, then there are some OTC products that will work fine...

And OP, I am flexdurden's wife in case you were wondering and my sentiments echo his...

How many days or weeks out I was thinking 3 weeks out start 10 mg Nolvadex thanks that's very helpful
