private email exchange tip

I heard about this on a podcast. Allegidally some terrorists are using this idea. Basically you sign up for an email account, and give the password to a person you want to contact. Then write and email and save it as a draft. DONT send it. The individual can get it by signing in. That way no email floats around the internet and likely gets scanned by gov people. Novel idea....

Not a bad idea but not 100%, with orgs like FBI or DEA using software to scan email servers. but they are more likely to scan through messages that have been sent/recieved Im sure.
