these pics are from the very next day after the pitt up in boston at the new england championships/jsy cutler classic. jay looks a lot leaner and pretty damn good.

Right leg is much smaller than the left, seems to be a little worse each year
 
shit look at the right arm compared to the left. its always been there but seems much much worse in these pics. i really didnt catch it in the pittsburgh pics:confused:
 
Maybe he is right handed and does all left quad and left bi injects? LOL!
 
sucks when you have that on the quad.

i had nerve damage from quad shots in one leg, and have a simular discrepancy. gotta do tons of one leg things to balance it out.
 
Why doesn't he just use synthol to corrcet that Bicep. Its been like that for awile.

is the fact that he has such a large difference between his right and left sides BECAUSE he re-racks weights with just one arm and the weight distributed onto that same leg? OR is the fact that he re-racks weights in this way because his one side is larger and has greater mobility/strength/neuromuscular activation ect?

dang, i was just kidding;) now i'm going to have to go back and watch the video, lol. i just find it funny that mitsu burns so much camera time showing him reracking the weights.


i'm sure the whole imbalance is just nerve/muscle fascia damage


if you think about it though, that many reps of 45lb curls on one side every single day will have an effect.

If you look at pics of Jay from years past he has always had nerve damage to that right arm. Just look at his right fist, its never fully cocked in like the left is in his bicep shots.
