I didn't train this last 3 weeks because of a vertebral injury..nothing very serious but my chiropractor told me to stop training for this time to let things go better.
He told me to rest a lot as I felt a little overtrained , so I did...
I was bulking (no AA's) and before I stopped I was almost 220lbs with 12%bf but since I stopped , I lost a few lbs and my bf went to 15% (not sure as I'm a little bloated cuz of christmas,new years,birthday meals... ) due to no activities/bad diet (which happens very rarely as I always have my diet under control)
I'm going to start juice in my bulking cycle at the beginning of february and wanted to know what you'd do as I find my bf% is too high...
My question is , as:

-I have a medium metabolism
-T3 & GH wil be in my next cycle (6 months GH T3 /8 weeks on/8 weeks off)

would you continue to bulk or would you cut until february and try to lose 2-3% bf ?
need your advices
 
Just some food for thought here. If my BF is higher than I like, I get it down BEFORE I begin a cycle. When your "on," you're more concerned with putting on muscle and don't want to worry about fat (although it can easily be controlled with diet). When you're in "pre-contest" mode, juice is just there to save as much muscle as possible while cutting.

In your case, since you will be in "coming back"/recovery mode for a while, it would seem that you should just watch your diet while your body is getting adjusted to working out again.

Yes. you start to get muscle mass at the same time you loose bf with a proper nutrition plan.
Start with all my friend and becarefull with the injure...

I think I'll adjust a low carb diet for 2 weeks to drop a little bf% while I'll come back and then when I'll have dropped a few bf% , I'll come back to a bulking diet.
Would you add some cardio to drop bf% ? how much ? I train on "HIT" (3Xweek)...

I might suggest LOW INTENSITY, "morning-only, prior to eating" cardio, 30-45 minute sessions as many as your schedule allows.

With a good nutrition plan you dont need cardio ( 2.27 gr of prot and play with 0.68 to 0.90 gr. of carbs x pound of body weight).
Cardio dont let you to recover from the workouts and you get easy overtrained with a 3 day workouts a week.
If you insist to cardio do it the same days of your workouts after the workout and after taking a protein carbo shake to avoid the effect of cortisol hormone, just for 20 minutes low intensity sesions, and inmediatly eat a high glucogen carb 100 gr. carbs) like seet potato or banana with meat (70 gr prot).
For advanced bb i suggest 1 workout a week and 2 cardios a week for a total of 3 workouts a week.
By this 2 ways you can get lean mass at the same time you loose bf.

The reason I suggested morning cardio is, he wants to drop BF quickly. With "low intensity," I mean 60-65% of max - he shouldn't burn muscle following this. Recommendation was based on where he's currently at and his goals.
