We all know gear increases protein synthesis. Some say 1g per pound of bw for bulking and 1.5g when cutting. I have read 2g per pound of bw or more the better since gear increases protein synthesis. What do you guys suggest when lean bulking?

If taking AAS then I would say 1.5g per lb LBM as a minimum

I can’t imagine there are any studies on people running unhealthy doses of steroids n then looking at protein amounts
