This goes pretty good with a lot of what @DOGGCRAPP posted on this thread (and many others, this is just the first one that popped up on a search). Lyle mentions and gives him credit at ~8:48 & 10:55. I haven't watched it all yet, i'm crashing out for the night.

Love the program. Even though I’m sure I’m not doing it perfectly. Only been doing it for a couple months but there’s progress. Never heard of a pendulum squat beforehand or a widowmaker, and now I’m just humbled/destroyed everytime I touch that machine.

Hard to find a program where I feel I’m putting work in and spending only an hour in the gym! I got kids and a full time job like most here so finding the time is tuff.
