For those of you who carbs cycle during the week or just impliment a high carb day do you adjust the other macros so that the total calories remain the same or close or do you just allow the increase in calories from the added carbs
ive seen people just add in like 300g carbs for one day to their daily "keto" style diet like once ever 7-10 days as a refeed , then I've seen where people cut the protein in half , eliminate fats and add In like 600g carbs so that the calories don't get way to high.
