Question for those who got gyno surgery

I recently had gyno surgery, not looking to go into big detail on it but, the doc made one incision around each nipple. The thing I just noticed was, there is kind of a hard lump around that area where he cut where there was once gyno. Freaking me out a bit. Is the hardness I feel scar tissue? Or at least could the small lump I feel there be scar tissue?

had my surgery almost 2 years and still have a small lump, although my nipples were fully removed, only noticed by touch not sight and not pain, so Ive always assumed scar tissue..
Mine was since puberty.

A word of advice.....dont freak out over it if you decide to pack some pounds back on and you think it is coming back...I gained a decent amount of weight (not all clean) and I thought my gyno came back, after I leaned out a bit though I learned it was a hot spot for fat and water retention....

If your anything like me a day wont go by that you dont inspect your chest for lumps,,

Also do you notice your nipples are more sensitive and hard all the time now...my nipples harden pretty easy since they were removed..

Yea, I have been so paranoid I started taking aromasin 25mg ed until I see my doc in two weeks for the checkup. Glad to know someone else knows where im coming from. Keeping my fingers crossed that its just scar tissue.

Hopefully if it was something aromasin will keepthings from getting any worse.

2 more weeks of treatment should help to reduc before you go to the doc for a check up. The smaller the lump the easier to remove and I would think the less trauma to the body as well which should lead to better recovery.

I have already had the surgery and now have hard tissue in the nipple area, right around where the scars are. I started taking aromasin 25mg ed until I know what it is. Im hoping that the hard stuff is just scar tissue.
