i was woundering, if it makes a difference on the amout of time you can train in the gym if you are on juice, i havent done any yet but i am planing on a cycle and i know that training off the juice it is good to do about 12 sets per muscle group(that is what works for me anyways) and get it done in under an hour, but on the juice you are going to not have the problems of worry so much about catabolizing your muscles, and you have so much more testosterone running through your body, i just figured maybe you could train more say like 16 sets or 20 who knows, what is your guys opinion on the matter, i also know that everybody is different and some people can handle more then others, but how many sets do you guys do, and how many muscle groups a day, and for how long. the details would really help me out thanx, and replys only from people who know answers, i am not interested in no it alls who talk out of their ass, thanx alot guys.
 
Always remember you grow outside the gym not in it , so if you see best results from 12 sets stick with that , I see too many people fall into the trap of being "on" and thinking they can train more but the nutrition dictates results not time spent in the gym
 
The stress you put on your muscles is key. If you do not stress them to the point of failure, they won't go as good. Your diet will dictate your size. Make sure you go to failure and you will be fine with what you are doing. remember not to push the muscle too fast. The connective tissue does not get the same volume of blood flow as the muscles...so, listen to your joints

I think you might be able to train more frequentently if you want too. I personally lift harder heavier and with 110% intensity on cycle. Stick with you same rep set scheme just increase the weight.

my opinion of when i used to work out at a powerhouse gym, I used to see guys doing crazy amounts of sets, and yet they never seemed to grow any bigger, my opinion and alot of others here, H.I.T. it hard and don't do needless sets or waste the time.

For several reasons, steroids allow you to train harder/lift more weight in the gym. Which means that you put more stress on your nervous system and you tear down more fibers. As such, you need the extra recovery that the steroids will give you. Adding more sets to a workout just because you are on is the wrong approach. You can certainly overtrain on gear.
