Not to sound like a dick, but with the type of questions you're asking do you think you should be using gear? I believe in a previous thread you mentinoed you were 19? I am by no means a vet in this game but this type of question definatly raises a red flag.

Again not being a smartass, but you guys that are my age piss me the hell off because you don't get any nutrition or workouts right, but feel compelled to hop on the sauce.
I don't have proper nutrition and workouts. My diet and how strict I am with it will put yours to shame that I guarantee. And my workouts always intense. I never have a workout that does not sore me for the next couple of days. I work my ass off in and out the gym. And If you want I can post my diet to the exact gram of protien, gram of carb, and gram of fat. And If you want my workout plan I've kept track since day one, in which I have exercise/rep/weight/set and how I felt post workout.
