rugs do not make pro bb,genetics &hard work do.I made to the national level ,with very moderate cycles..I have seen more people ,doing larger & larger amounts than me at my gym,they swore I was taking more than I said.They only ever wanted to know how much.....They never asked about me traing until I puked,or my leggs gave out.They never belived me that I used them as a recovery tool so i could train harder &recoup....Also was pretty sure I was not going to turn pro no matter how much I took It was a gentic thing..Hard work & smarts thats what it takes to get to the top.
