Recompisition/ cut/ Bulk?

Hey there for whom ever is reading this and is contributing there knowledge i thank you in advance for your time.

Iv had a debate for the longest time. Some say cut some say bulk some say recoup. Im leaning towards a cut and with the right "supplementation" and nutrient portioning hopefully ill recoup by default


About me ( been on the board for awhile reading, just haven't posted)
Age: 25 going on 26
Medical: Good health, I'm a try patient and do bloodwork every 3 months with knowledgeable staff (if you will)
Height: 5'9
Weight:220
BF% 15-16 on inaccurate electronic reader.
Im fairly seasoned in Anabolics in the sense that i have done my due diligence but can always appreciate anthers opinion.
Ill post some pics soon as well.

So the questions is this given my info and pics do you suggest full on cut?
Also please critique my supplementation, as far as diet very simple high protein moderate carbs with cycling and moderate essential fat. Basic Iso Caloric Nutrient partitioned diet. No keto or anything crazy . . . yet lol
I flip flop back and fourth and think the best thing to do is cut and get below %10 assess my body and see where am at. I figure worst case scenario if i want to bulk it will be easier after a cut anyways. My thoughts essentially you slingshot. Besides its my understanding the less fat you have the more nutrients are portioned to lean mass rather than fat and all around better lean gains?

As for now weight training is intense 8-12 reps i stay around 10 with drops and burnouts. I lift 5 days a week and cradio roughly 3 days at 30 min ( I know i gotta step my cardio game up lol.)

Supplements: ( I keep it low and safe, very concerned about my health now that i have a daughter)
Quad blend test (Sustanon) 600 mg per week
Anastrozole .5 mg Mon/Wed/Fri
HCG 500 iu Mon/Wed/Fri

Ghrp2/Ghrp 6/ semorelin blend at 200 mcg per component. Taken in AM upon waking/ Post workout and before Bed.

Im straying away from growth (Thought about RipTropin) But at my age i do not think i need it especially considering the peptides. i think to get any results i would need 4-6 iu a day and thats just not practical for me right now.

Any thoughts are appreciated!

I think you have a good plan

the peps will greatly help with staying lean , the AAS isint to high , training idea seems decient depending on what works for you

the biggest factor in your plan is going to be your nutrition , their is alot that can go into it , their are several good books out their.
