i honestly eat red meat instinctively. I think I always have for the most part. I crave red meat about 1x per day. for some reason I like it as my last solid meal for the day usually.

I eat chicken every meal. 1 kg chicken brest per day and a large tin of pilchards guaranties me my 250 protein at a good price. I'm a high carb guy so feel 250 protein is enough for me. I like red meat but it's expensive where I am and also is hard to know how much fat is in it when counting macros
Since I realized I am more carb resistant and switched to higher fat diet I've been eating 85-15 beef 2-3 times a day and feel stronger then I did eating 4000.+ cal (now on 2000) it really is a magical food I'd say its 1. Yogurt (dairy) 2. Vegetables 3.
