I have been off the boards these days, it seems with gas prices the government is taking a greater interest in the average gym users oil consumption.

I have fallen out of touch with many of you...Lats, Raj, AB, ST, Big4nutin, BH, FB and for those that I didn't mention I do apologize....Lats I think I miss your offseason twinkie stories the most,lol.

BBB I was very saddened to read about your situation but I felt it would be in poor taste to contact you. I hope your life is getting back on track. You are an excellent competitor and a fine individual, I hope you never lose your passion for this sport but in the excellent words of Phil H....it's just a sport not your life.

BaldNazi, while we've never spoken I read the forum occsionally and hope you are making a speedy recovery.

Lats my brutha! I've been at the same place as always, securenym.net is weird I think sometimes it sees encrypted mail as spam cause I never get mail from ziplip and sometime I wont get mail from hush for weeks....it's very strange...I just PM'ed you my new email drop me a line when you can.
