I want to get opinions on optimum rep speeds...

Negative: Controlled (1-2 seconds), Slow (3-5 seconds), or Very Slow (6-10 seconds)

Positive: Explosive, controlled or Slow (more than 3 seconds)

What is the best time frames for negative and the positive part of the lift? All opinions welcomed... Thanks

Read a book that helped me put on alot of mass, the count they had me doing was 4 seconds down (negative), 2 seconds positive. Worked great. However, anything for too long gets stale and you have to change things up again. Good luck bro.
 
tHERE IS A LOT OF VARIATIONS
it depends of your training routine and variations, periodization, exercises and the tecnique you use.
HIT training gives you a lot of safe variations without empiric knowlege, and regulate frequence, volume, periodization, and differents speeds, all works you have to choose.
