Negative: Controlled (1-2 seconds), Slow (3-5 seconds), or Very Slow (6-10 seconds)
Positive: Explosive, controlled or Slow (more than 3 seconds)
What is the best time frames for negative and the positive part of the lift? All opinions welcomed... Thanks
