you need to check out some powerlifting sites and they will give you a good description, thiers tons of advanced strength techniques in powerliftiner, chains bands, rack lifts, rest pause sets, static hold, neg reps, lockout sets, staying certain range of motion during sets, ect... I havent powerlifted in years I dont know know what pages are good to check out, try a search on westside barbell, usapl, or just simply powerlifting..
