He is amazing, incredibble shape and perfection.
The seminar was very bad, i think he is big bc he have 26 years training and lot of money to get juived but he nows nothing.

I ask him the steps to to get 260 pounds on stage and he told me i have to eat 6 times a day, i told him that we now that amateurs and pros take 10 to 14 meals a day and i am doing it , and he told me "no more than 6 meals", and ask for another question. Can you believe that?

He dont answered any question good, every body was dissapointed but he take of hes clouth and he shows us why he is the Mr O
 
Heinzy: 6 meals per day, 7 tops when prepping for a show!
 
10-14 meals a day? You couldn't be eating a sufficient amount of anything at a time if you are breaking it up into that many meals.
 
BIGKIWI eats 18 times a day. Trust me, I know!
 
i dont see why it would hinder gains eating more than 6 times per day, hell if you can stomach it i dont think it could hurt. might get a little more bf% than you want but i dont think you are going to get smaller by any means.

Damn. I stand corrected. That is insane. I ahve troubles getting down 5-6 meals, I couldn't imagine doubling it.
 
Shit...

I was eating 9 times a day for my last show on Nov. 8th. I feel that is a main key in gaining lean mass without getting fat. Your body will turn into a furnace.....
 
I am eating 10 times a day and 3 hipercaloric shakes at night ( i wake up and drink it ) plus protein shakes after the 2 meals of eggs whites.
I have friends in Miami and california eating 14 times a day solid food 300 gr of any protein and 300 to 400 gr of any carbo.

Yesterday my trainer take my body fat in 9,02% and 272 pounds. It depends of your metabolism and waht you eat and if you realy need at the moment, i want to compete in superheavys next year and i think i can, but GUYS THE ONLY WAY TO GROW IS EAT AND EAT A LOT, the you can be worry about body fat.

For a show the best you can do is eat several times a day and some times at night to it depends of your metabolism.

Ok so if the meals are very small and folks are trying to go over 6 meals per day (which I find incredible, 14 meals?) basically what you are doing is GRAZING like a horse or bull (notice I did not say...sheep or cow ...LOL) I wonder if there is any credibility to this? ..... considering our more is better attitude:eek:
