I'm about to start a cycle of Test E and was hoping you guys could tell me if my current routine looks appropriate:
Mon-Legs,calves,abs
Tues-off
Wed-Chest,Back
Thur-off
Fri-Arms,delts
sat-off
Sun-off
Mon: Straight leg dead lifts, Laying leg curls, Squats, leg press, standing calve raise
Wed: Weighted pull ups, Bent over BB rows, dead lifts. incline Press, decline press, machine fly.
Fri: standing BB curl, Concentration DB curls, Hammer curls, Close grip bench press, behind head DB press. BB front shoulder press, lateral DB rises, rear delt machine.
*all exercises have 1 working set (warm up sets as necessary) in a rest pause style EX.
(10reps...15sec rest...6reps...15sec rest...3reps)
Any help or criticism would be great thanks
