I read a few articles recently suggesting that a sauna session will raise HGH levels by a substantial amount briefly afterwords. (And there seem to be some studies supporting it.) For instance:

What do you guys think? I was surprised because I've never heard of this in bodybuilding circles. Makes me question whether the science is bunk.
I've been hitting the sauna after my workouts recently, and will continue doing so because it's pleasant. But curious if it could have benefits for growth + recovery due to HGH boost.
