Every since I crashed bad on my diet. I Figured that I would gain back all the muscle I lost and then some and then go back and redue my diet . Well I started bulking and was making o.K gains on the scale and the gym. THe thing that was pissing me off was how fast my B/F was going up. I read a post by BIG A that all weight gainer shakes are sugar. With the shakes, my diet was about 5k. I decided to change to five meals and 1 100% pure whey shake. Well ever since I did that, my weight has jumped from 251 to 274, B/F has gone 4%
Bench press is up 20+ (in the 5 rep range)
Squat is up 35 (in the 8 rep range)
Deads are up 40 (in the 4 rep range)
Biceps are up 1inch
If it wasnt for one stupid partol at work I would dump protein shakes all toghter. Ever time I go the gym, im gaing an average of 2-3 reps on all major moves and im clean. Cant wait to see what happens when I do my next cycle.
P.S My style of training is revolved around just one main set with the execption of the first where I do 3x warmups!
