Don't get me wrong, in the beginning it was terrible. But u get used to it pretty quickly. I've been doing it for years, I don't even think about it anymore. Plus no dishes!!!!! And breakfast takes like 1 minute!!! Just drink one at a time to start, then 2, and so on. Next thing u know all six at once, u will never miss breakfast again. And I do it before the gym and after sometimes. I like whole foods better than powders, IMO I can tell the difference from one protein source to another. Give it a try.

That's ridiculous. Never cook on high heat. You're oxidizing the cholesterol.

Eggs especially need to be cooked over a low heat...served a bit runny!

How do you guys make scrambled eggs that don't stick to the pan without using lots of butter or oil? I spray the pan with Pam, but they still stick and it's tough to clean. Help?

U prolly also need to check into getting a new pan of a pan that guarantees nonstick based on how n what the pan is made of....... It's worth it to invest in a good non stick piece of equipment bro.

Pam spray or coconut oil....Low to medium heat....6 eggs scrambled to where they are still somewhat runny....put on plate, salt, pepper, chives, franks red hot.

If it's sticking to your pan bad you probably need a new pan, I noticed old pans will do that

^ serious health concerns have been raised about nonstick pans. The coating emits toxic fumes at high temperatures that can kill pets and cause flu-like symptoms in humans. Safer to skip the nonstick coating and use stainless steel

0 proof to this, been using non stick for years with no problems. If they were that harmful they wouldn't be on the market

Here's a way to do it, no pan needed. Take an egg and stick it in the microwave for 10 seconds, take it out and shake it really hard. Put it back in the microwave and repeat the steps 10 times. When the 1 minute is up crack the egg onto a plate and u will have the perfect scrambled egg. It's takes some time if u eat a dozen but if it's just one or two it works great.
With my luck I feel like that would end up in a giant mess!
