Don't get me wrong, in the beginning it was terrible. But u get used to it pretty quickly. I've been doing it for years, I don't even think about it anymore. Plus no dishes!!!!! And breakfast takes like 1 minute!!! Just drink one at a time to start, then 2, and so on. Next thing u know all six at once, u will never miss breakfast again. And I do it before the gym and after sometimes. I like whole foods better than powders, IMO I can tell the difference from one protein source to another. Give it a try.How do you not gag? So slimy!
