SEARCH FUNCTION HELP!!

guys, can somebody PLEASE tell me how to use this damn search function? a couple of years ago, one guy told me trick to use but i CANNOT remember what it was for the life of me, and the usual 'put in key word/phrase' is giving me nothing.

i actually have an ongoing thread i'd like to update, and i can't find it.

You can always click on your name in this thread and it will give you the option to see all of your previous posts

You need to use google search, not the built-in vBulletin search, which sucks.

On google, type "siterofessionalmuscle.com" and then your search.

For instance, if I want to search for myostatin related threads:

"siterofessionalmuscle.com myostatin"

Why didn't you just take my advice and click on your name in this thread.I just did it and pulled up your previous posts and found the gh thread that you started and have been looking for,it took less than a minute ????
