For you SEO users, which part you ionjected in was the more painful ?

I think I'm gonna give it a try in a few weeks in both bi's/tri's .. is it that painful in arms ?
whatever you'll say, I'll do it , just wanna know what I'll feel :D

I can speak for biceps and many others agree - Biceps are one of the easier places to inject. Don't overdo your intial shots - start with smaller amounts. I've been putting EVERYTHING in my biceps for 4 months now.

Can't speak for triceps as they don't need any help. I couldn't reach them to poke anyways! :)

I use a 20g to draw with and 25g, 1" for the poke. I believe that you should inject deep and have it push the muscle upwards. Big A says to "vary" the depth. I just rotate injection sites on EACH biceps head - middle, low and high.

Calves are by far the worst pain!! Bi's and tri's are minimal pain and you will get the best results there. The pain has alot to do with the amount of oil you inject. The more oil, the more stretching will occure and the more pain.

I would say calves hurt the most by far! Though with some seo I was able to draw with a 20 and ahoot with a 27 guage. It takes awile but it works and you barley feel it until a few hours later of course

I inject 6mls in each bicep and do the same for tris. The tri shots have never bothered me, but the bi shots still hurt a bit after 3 weeks of use. After the 1st week where it really hurt to work out after the shots, I started doing them at night before bedtime. This has worked out well because I have all night to let them rest and recover, and the pain is minimal the next day. You might want to plan on taking the first week off of hardcore bicep training, unless of course your pain threshhold is higher then mine(probably is).

Yeah, its probably the 6ml that is making them hurt so much. I have done upto 5ml per head and it hurt like mad. I think it stretches the facia too much and causes extream discomfort. I usually feel a little sorness for a day or so after a 3-4 ml shot but nothing unbearable or that would stop me from doing a bi's workout.

I'm sure Queefer is doing 3ml in each "head" of the biceps for a total of 6ml "per" biceps, in other words - each side. That's how much I use also.

Sorry, I should qualify my statement. I use 3-4 ml per head but I only do one head per day. So basically I am hitting my overall bi's once every two days. (taking both heads into account)
