SEO cycle and then maintenance..

Hey guys,

I am doing Big A's syntherol cycle and was wondering what everyone does for a maintenance dose after the 30 days?? Or do you guys just stop all together??

Im about 220, and mangaed to get my arms to around 20 inches using BIG A's program, When I finshed the 30days I did 3mls in each head one day a week like he said to do, and all the size is still here, I think you should do that for 1-2 months, it would help to do a cycle now that you are done to help fill the new space. What were your results like. Id say I put on about 2 inches.

What vitor said has worked for me - 3ml, 1x/week, but I'm doing it for a couple more months.

Id do the maintanance for 5-6mo.
